180406 GOT7 sells out Seoul concert…’Proof of ticketing power’


GOT7 have proven their ticketing power through the sold out seats for their Seoul concert stop in their 2018 World Tour.

GOT7 will be holding a 3-day concert in Seoul from 4th May to 6th May at Jamsil’s Indoor Stadium. Through the ticket sales that opened on the 4th, they sold out 6,000 seats per day, making all 18,000 seats sold out.

Through this tour, they will be visiting 17 cities including Bangkok, Paris, LA, New York, Mexico City, Buenos Aires, and Santiago among others. GOT7 widened the scale of their tour by including Europe and South America, showing off a grand scale of the World Tour.

Through the latest mini album ‘Eyes On You’ that was released on 12th March, GOT7 received hot responses from fans locally and overseas. With the song ‘Look’ that was written and composed by leader JB (Defsoul), they have all reached #1 on various charts such as Mnet, Naver Music, and Soribada among others. They have also passed 30M views on their music video as of 3rd April.

The album charted 1st on Hanteo album sales from 11th March to 17th March, and were on high rankings from the 12th to the 18th. In addition, they placed 1st on 20 iTunes charts overseas in places like Brazil, Hong Kong, New Zealand and more. On top of that, they were also second on the Billboard album charts on  the 24th, showing off their popularity globally.

Not only are their recent songs gaining popularity, but their older songs are continuously gaining popularity as well. ‘Just Right’ that was released in 2015 recorded 200M views on 3rd April.

GOT7 who will be showing off their potential to local and overseas fans will be performing various popular songs and energetic performances at their concert, kicking off their 2018 World Tour.
